Thomas (Tom) Larkin - President & CEO

Tom Larkin has over 23 years of experience in supply management, organizational design, change management and strategic sourcing. Tom has designed and implemented strategic sourcing organizational structures for Fortune 100 companies.  Prior to starting Solathair Management Consulting, LLC, Tom worked for both large and small consulting firms as well as Fortune 500 corporations designing and implementing Supply Chain and Sourcing improvements.  Tom spent several years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he managed numerous consulting engagements that focused on supply chain strategy and process improvement. He has managed consulting projects for several Fortune 500 clients on four continents, including: Credit Suisse, Dupont, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Novartis, GE and Diageo. Mr. Larkin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & International Trade from Rutgers University and a Masters of Business Administration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.  He also speaks 3 languages besides English, including German, French and Spanish.
