Client Services Manager
The selected candidate will work on-site at a well-known, well-respected global company with a world-class procurement organization. This person will have the opportunity to travel extensively (up to 75%) – getting to know their clients well. This position will hold responsibility for mentoring the company’s Senior Supply Chain Executives, Senior Procurement Managers and Soláthair team members.
Responsibilities
* Quickly assess and provide solutions and proposals for potential new clients
* Actively design and implement Best-In-Class Supply Chain Process designs
* Maintain a balance between complex program management and relationship management
* Manage budgets and resources within company guidelines
* Engage with clients (internal and external); giving presentations and proposals to Executive Management.
Essential Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preffered)
* Corporate Procurement, Operations and/or Supply Chain experience: 8+ years
* Complex project management experience: 9+ years
* Ability to travel up to 75%
o Typical schedule is traveling three to four days per week; home on weekends
* Unparalleled management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong working knowledge of supply chain, procurement (across multiple categories and processes), supplier and process implementation, and change management
* Demonstrated ability to create, manage and mentor a team; including hands on management experience with budgets and staff related issues
* Proven ability to manage and realize bottom-line savings

This position will hold responsibility for mentoring the company’s Procurement Managers and team members, delivering sourcing solutions and developing best-in-class sourcing processes.

Essential Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preffered)

* Complex project management experience: 7+ years
* Ability to travel up to 75%
o Typical schedule is traveling three to four days per week; home on weekends
